Simply reach out to your Friends/Contacts/Colleagues/Family Members (anyone!) and let them know what a great event the NASCAR CANADA NAPA 300 Event is and for every 4 (of the people that you refer) that purchase tickets, you will receive a $50 Gift Card from Edmonton Int'l Raceway in Wetaskiwin.
RULES:
Contact Loretta at speedway@syban.net to give her the name of your referrals (just the names, we will solicate them in any way), once 4 of your people purchase tickets to the NASCAR CANADA NAPA 300 Event on July 26/27 - you will receive the $50 Gift Card.
This program is only valid for those that have NOT ATTENDED the NASCAR CANADA Event at EIR in the last 5 years.

PARKING - CASH ONLY $20
For 2024 Parking Passes will only be available for purchase on-site for $20 on Saturday. Parking is free on Friday Night! Parking on Saturday will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Shuttle Service will again be available on Saturday, July 27 at no charge however we cannot provide In & Out Parking Priviliges.
Shuttle is at the Rodeo Grounds in Wetaskiwin - 7 kms East of the Raceway on Hwy 13.
There is no parking overnight at the Rodeo Grounds for 2024.
We recommend you camp at the new Westview RV Park (right across the highway from the Reynolds Alberta Museum and less than 6 kms from the Raceway). Contact Westview RV Park through their website at www.westviewrvpark.com. You can call them at 1-780-312-2222 or email at info@westviewrvpark.com.
There will be a Shuttle Service available from Westview RV Park on Saturday, July 27 - $2.00 per person
NASCAR CANADA 300 EVENT Rain Out Policy
Please note - in the event of rain on Saturday, July 27, the NASCAR CANADA 300 will move to Sunday, July 27. However major attempts will be made to run the race on Saturday, July 27. There may be minor delays if there is rain, however every effort will be made to ensure the race is run on Saturday, July 27.
We recommend you make every attempt to come to the track even if the weather looks unsettled. The race program may be paused for rain but will continue immediately after the rain stops & the track is dried. The race program will continue on Saturday and ONLY if NASCAR makes a decision to postpone to Sunday will the EIR Website & Facebook & Twitter & Hotline be updated!
There will be absolutely NO Cash Refunds for ticket purchased for this event.
MEDIA PASSES
Please note that ALL Media Passes MUST be Pre-Approved by emailing Loretta at speedway@syban.net. Media Passes will NOT be given out if you just show up! Pre-Approval is Mandatory, thank you!
