Our Season Opener is tomorrow (May 11th!) - Pit Gates open at 12 noon - Spectator Gates at 4 pm and racing at 5:30 pm!

Parking Update: We worked on that Pit Parking forever however that dirt fill is still really, really soft and you will certainly get stuck when you go through it. Remember to keep to the road! So parking will be revised for Saturday, the larger trucks and trailers will park in our overflow (just across the road) and most trailers will be parked in the West side of the Spectator Parking. Please pay attention to our parking guys on Saturday, it will be fairly new to them and please be patient with everyone! We have a lot of work to do at the track and it just can't get done in a week after the snow melts.

UPDATED (FINALLY - SORRY!) - FRIDAY AT 7 PM

We fixed up the road to the pits, it looks good, so all is good to go for practice tomorrow! Just be careful coming in, stay out of the mud (the big puddle near the back gate) and be careful driving in, stay on the road! Depending on the number of cars for practice were going to try to keep the trailers in the pits, parking along the tires in the back to save driving in and out of the back.

Gates will open at 12 Noon
Practice will start close to 1 PM
We'll match cars up according to class and experience - this will all be decided on Saturday

I will check out the track again this Friday and make a call with regards to practice on Saturday, May 4th. The track looks good but the parking lot a little soft. We'll know better on Friday and let everyone know both on the Website, Hotline and Facebook.

We are very excited to announce that SEA-CAN CONTAINERS has come on board as the Title Sponsor for the SEA-CAN CONTAINERS Corporate Tower Suites. Work has already begun on the construction of the new EIR SEA-CAN Containers Corporate Suites which will be located on the West end of the track between Corners 1 and 2. The Tower will also include a new Roof Top Spotters' Deck. The SEA-CAN Containers Tower will host 6 Corporate Box Suites that will be sold for the year with nightly Corporate Suite Rentals available as well. VOLUNTEER MEETING - SUNDAY, APRIL 21, 2013

Good day everyone! We are scheduling a Volunteer Meeting on Sunday, April 21st. I am hoping to have it at the track, but if it's really cold we will find another location however it will be in Wetaskiwin. Everyone who is interested in working at the track this year, both Trackside, Spectator Side, Concessions, Beer Room, Front Gate, Souvenir Room, etc. should attend.
